When I called the third time I was told that they DID recieve my email with the copy and all the information. I did this and again was told to call customer service to give further information. In the second phone call to customer service they told me that I could copy and email the card and receipt. I was then told to conact them again with additional information that they could help me. Since I have no access to a fax machine I emailed my question to customer service online. I was first told they could do nothing for me unless I faxed the copy of the card and my receipt to them.
I have been going in circles with the customer service department at tracfone since that date. When I scratched off for the pin number the last numbers couldn't be read.
